Hello! My name is Stacy Parsons. I have been working as a licensed speech-language pathologist for Holly Schools since 1999. This year I am servicing students at Patterson Elementary and am also working with the Early Intervention program with children age 0-3, as well as the Childfind evaluations for children age 0-5. One of my favorite parts of my job is getting to know families and working together to achieve their goals for their children's communication skills. Working together we can always enable the children to achieve more!
I am a proud graduate of Michigan State University where I completed both my Bachelor & Master Degrees in Audiology & Speech Sciences, as well as my Michigan Teaching Certification with a minor in Psychology. I've also earned my national certification through the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and my Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license. My time at Michigan State was a highlight in my life and I enjoy returning to campus for football and basketball games whenever I can.
On a personal note, I am married and have 2 middle school & high school aged children who keep me very busy with their sports and extra-curriculars. My hobbies currently revolve around family activities & reading, but I also enjoy playing & watching sports, traveling and shopping! :)
